Terms of Service

TPP Intelligence (the “Service”) is a TPP-developed analytics platform (“we”) that lets content creators and media teams connect their social, podcast, and advertising accounts and view all their performance data in one dashboard, with AI-generated insights. By requesting a demo, creating an account, or signing in to the Service, you agree to these terms.

Submitting the “Book a demo” form lets our team contact you about the Service and arrange a walkthrough. You may opt out at any time by emailing support@tppgroup.co.

To use the Service you must create an account and authorize the Service to access the accounts whose analytics you want to view. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including the people you invite to your workspace. You must have the right to grant the Service access to the data you connect.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: analyzing performance data from channels and accounts you control or have permission to access. You will not:

• Connect channels or accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze.
• Attempt to access, extract, or redistribute another user's data.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Service or underlying APIs.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass users, or violate any law.

The Service displays data fetched on your behalf from YouTube, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Simplecast, and the advertising platforms we support — Facebook Ads (Meta), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and Snapchat Ads — under the terms of their respective APIs. You agree to abide by those platforms' terms of service when using data surfaced in TPP Intelligence, including but not limited to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke the Service's access at any time from the connected platform's security or permissions page, or by disconnecting the account in the dashboard.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We may suspend access if abuse is suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Decisions made based on data displayed in the Service are your responsibility.

We may revoke access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions related to ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
