Who we are
TPP Intelligence (“we”, “us”) is a TPP-developed analytics platform that lets content creators and media teams aggregate performance data from their social, podcast, and advertising accounts into a single dashboard, with AI-generated audience and content insights. The site is hosted at tppintelligence.io.
What this page covers
TPP Intelligence is a live product. This policy covers three kinds of information: the details you send us when you request a demo, the account details you provide when you sign up and sign in, and the connected-platform data we fetch on your behalf once you authorize an account.
Demo requests and account details
When you book a demo, we store the details you submit — such as your name, work email, phone number, company, the platforms you use, and your message — so our team can contact you and prepare for the call. When you sign up, we store your email address, your name, and the workspace and show names you create. We use this information to operate your account and to contact you about the product. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
You can request removal at any time by emailing support@tppgroup.co.
Connected-platform data (in-app)
We only access data belonging to accounts you explicitly authorize through each platform's official OAuth flow (or, for Simplecast, an API key you supply). Each workspace sees only data from the accounts it has connected. Specifically:
- YouTube Data API & YouTube Analytics API — channel, video, and analytics data for the YouTube channel you connect. We request the
youtube.readonlyandyt-analytics.readonlyscopes. We do not upload, modify, or delete any content on YouTube. - Meta APIs (Instagram + Facebook) — media, insights, and comments for the Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages you connect. If you enable moderation, we also retrieve conversations and messages for your connected accounts and send replies you explicitly request. Authorized workspace owners and administrators can reply to, hide, unhide or delete Instagram comments through the dashboard.
- TikTok Display & Data APIs — video, audience, and engagement data for TikTok accounts you connect.
- LinkedIn Community Management API — post reach, engagement, and follower demographics for the LinkedIn Company Pages you administer and connect.
- X API — posts, impressions, engagement, and follower counts for the X account you connect.
- Simplecast API — podcast, episode, and listening analytics for the feeds you connect.
- Advertising APIs — Facebook Ads (Meta), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and Snapchat Ads — campaign, spend, delivery, and conversion metrics for the ad accounts you connect. We read reporting data only; we do not create, edit, or spend on campaigns.
For analytics, we retrieve the data the connected platform makes available through its official APIs, including public comments, display names and aggregated audience breakdowns. When moderation is enabled, private messages are retrieved on demand for the authorized workspace operator. We do not persist message bodies to our analytics database or send them to AI models. Message replies are human initiated and subject to the platform’s reply window. Operational audit events record the action and resource identifiers, without message text.
How we use the data
- Render performance dashboards for authenticated users to view their own workspace's data.
- Summarize audience sentiment and write insight briefs using AI models from Anthropic (Claude).
- Transcribe episodes of the podcasts you connect, using ElevenLabs speech-to-text, so episode content can be searched and analyzed.
- Generate content, audience, and campaign reports for the user.
We do not sell, rent or trade this data. Service providers process data on our behalf to operate the product: Vercel hosts the application, Supabase stores account credentials and analytics, GitHub Actions runs data pipelines, and Anthropic provides the analytics AI described above. Private moderation messages are processed by the hosting service only for the requested inbox operation. We do not use it to train public-facing AI models. Workspaces do not see each other's data.
Where data is stored
Account details and analytics data are stored in a private Supabase (Postgres) database with row-level security enabled. An authenticated user's session can only read rows tied to the workspace they belong to and the accounts that workspace authorized. Backups are encrypted and held in private object storage.
Google user data
TPP Intelligence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google user data only on behalf of the authenticating user, only for the YouTube channel or Google Ads account they authorize, and only to render analytics dashboards and insights for that same user.
Retention & deletion
We retain a workspace's analytics data while its account is active. You may disconnect any account from the dashboard at any time, and you may revoke the application's access from your Google Account permissions page (and the equivalent settings on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and Simplecast), or by contacting us. Upon revocation we stop fetching new data and delete stored analytics for that account within 30 days on request.
